Conference "Community Integrated Health and Social Services"

The international Conference "Community Integrated Health and Social Services" within the Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Program, Thematic Fund "Reform Fund linked to Health Issues" - "Widening the access to health and social services: Community integrated health and social services, held in Bucharest between 21-22.02.2014, was part of the capacity development process of the pre-selected local authorities within the three target districts: Botosani, Salaj and Tulcea. 

If within the first part, the audience benefited from the presentations of national and international lecturers (France, Germany, UK, Tadjikistan, Kirghistan, Moldavia, Switzerland) who presented relevant experiences in providing community integrated medical and social services, the second part of the conference was dedicated to organizing focus groups with the representatives of the pre-selected communities, for identifying training needs.

Press Conference – Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Programme

Press Conference (May 7, 2014) – Launching of projects "Improving quality of pre-hospital and hospital emergency services through the development and implementation of a training program" and "Improving quality of services in paediatric intensive care units through the development and implementation of a training program" within the Training Centre from the Emergency Receiving Unit of Floreasca Emergency Hospital.  These projects, in total amount of over 1.5 million CHF, are carried out under the Framework Agreement between the Swiss Federal Council, represented by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and Romanian Government, through the Ministry of Public Finances and Ministry of Health.
